RACE MANAGEMENT
Accelerate Driver Development (ADD) is an initiative created to set some of the most talented young racing drivers on the road to the top in motorsport.
What makes ADD stand out is that the drivers, hand-picked by some of the most astute talent scouts in the motorsport world, already have impressive track records in the lower formulae.
ADD's current drivers are racing at different levels and in different categories so as to avoid any conflict of interest, for example Luke Davenport is pursuing his route to the top in sports cars whereas Australian driver Kent Cross is following in Mark Webber's single seater wheel tracks to F1.
Our latest recruit is Venezuelan driver Roberto La Roca who has recently made a stunning debut in Formula 3 in Brazil, he will be racing on three continents this year. Dominic Pettit will follow the touring car route after a successful four years with Ginetta.
Currently ADD are looking for one more driver to complete the 2013 line up preferably a young driver out of karting or a driver looking to move to F3 or GP3
