Accelerate Driver Development (ADD) is a brand-new initiative, created to set some of the most talented young racing drivers on the road to the top in motorsport.

What makes ADD stand out is that the drivers, hand-picked by three of the most astute talent scouts in the motorsport world, already have impressive track records in the lower formulae.

ADD’s first drivers are Oliver Oakes, who is competing in GP3, he has shown amazing speed in the junior classes up to and including Formula 3 level, Robert Foster Jones, a karting star who is competing in Formula Renault. Third driver is Dubai based driver Edward Jones who is making his UK Karting debut after much success in the UAE. One of Britain’s most promising up and coming karting stars is Sam Webster, he is also competing in KF3 this year. The latest ADD recruit is Adrian Campfield who has had a successful season in ADAC Formula Masters in Germany, prior to which he competed in UK Formula Ford.

The organisation has the capacity to take on one more driver for its first full season, and is in negotiations with suitable candidates, including those from the karting world.

  • sponsor awareness
  • financial and taxation management
  • negotiations with teams and contracts
  • sponsorship acquisition.
